Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 01.01.2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Estate Management Network website and the purchase or use of memberships, digital products, courses, workshops, Strategy Sessions, and other paid or restricted content. By using the website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another user’s account, scrape or reproduce protected content, or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of the Estate Management Network or others.
The Estate Management Network may restrict or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, unauthorized account sharing, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
Accounts and Memberships
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. Accounts, memberships, restricted content, and member benefits are intended for the registered user and may not be shared or transferred unless expressly permitted.
Membership fees, access periods, renewal terms, and included benefits are those displayed at the time of purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund a current membership period.
Membership features, benefits, and content may change over time.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through the Estate Management Network, including articles, videos, audio, courses, workshops, downloads, templates, guides, worksheets, presentations, graphics, Strategy Session materials, notes, and other resources, are owned by or licensed to the Estate Management Network and protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchase or access grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the material for your own professional purposes.
You may not copy, publish, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create commercial derivative works from Estate Management Network materials without written permission.
Purchases and Payment
Prices and applicable purchase terms are displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment through the payment method selected.
Recurring charges apply only where you have purchased a recurring membership or subscription and will continue until canceled according to the applicable terms.
Third-party payment processors may process transactions on behalf of the Estate Management Network.
Refunds
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to memberships, digital products, downloads, courses, workshops, Strategy Sessions, session packages, and other paid content or services.
Failure to access, use, complete, schedule, or attend a purchased product or service does not create a right to a refund.
If the Estate Management Network is unable to provide a purchased service, it may provide a replacement, reschedule the service, issue account credit, or provide a refund as appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact the Estate Management Network before initiating a payment dispute.
The Estate Management Network may submit purchase records, account activity, access records, communications, agreements, delivery information, and other relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions when responding to a chargeback.
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of account access. Nothing in these terms limits any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
Digital Products, Courses, and Workshops
Digital products and educational content are licensed for the purchaser’s individual use. Access may be limited by the period, format, or conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Course, workshop, and educational materials may be updated, revised, replaced, or removed as content changes.
Participation or completion does not guarantee employment, advancement, compensation, professional results, or any other specific outcome.
Strategy Sessions
Strategy Sessions are provided for professional discussion and informational purposes. Information, opinions, suggestions, and resources shared during a session reflect professional experience and industry knowledge and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, security, employment-law, or other licensed professional advice.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Information shared during a Strategy Session will be treated as confidential by both parties, subject to legal disclosure requirements. Participants may not disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share confidential information or proprietary resources provided by the Estate Management Network or the person conducting the session.
Sessions may be recorded by the Estate Management Network for the limited purpose of preparing session notes or follow-up materials.
Privacy and Information Retention
Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Estate Management Network Privacy Policy.
The Estate Management Network may retain account information, membership records, purchase history, communications, course activity, Strategy Session information, transaction records, and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Information may remain in backups and archival systems for a reasonable period after it is removed from active systems.
User Content and Confidential Information
You are responsible for information you submit through the website, community, forms, courses, or other interactive features.
You may not submit or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, confidential to a third party, or in violation of another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for obtaining permission before sharing confidential information belonging to an employer, principal, household, employee, vendor, or other third party.
Professional and Educational Disclaimer
Estate Management Network content is provided for professional education and informational purposes.
Users are responsible for evaluating information based on their own circumstances and for obtaining appropriate qualified professional advice where necessary.
No Warranties
The website and its content, products, memberships, courses, services, and resources are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Estate Management Network does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete or continuously current information, compatibility with every device or system, or any particular result from use of its content or services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Estate Management Network and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, facilitators, contributors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, content, products, memberships, courses, Strategy Sessions, or other services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Estate Management Network’s total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Assumption of Responsibility and Hold Harmless
You are responsible for how you use information, materials, resources, and services obtained through the Estate Management Network.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the Estate Management Network and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, facilitators, contributors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your decisions, actions, use of information, or use of Estate Management Network products or services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Estate Management Network harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your violation of these terms, unlawful use of the website, misuse of Estate Management Network materials, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, vendors, platforms, products, or services. The Estate Management Network is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, products, services, or conduct of independent third parties.
A listing, link, or reference does not constitute a guarantee of a third party’s products or services.
Suspension and Termination
The Estate Management Network may suspend or terminate access to an account, membership, product, course, community, or other service for material violation of these terms, account sharing, intellectual property misuse, fraudulent activity, nonpayment, abusive conduct, or unlawful use.
Termination for violation of these terms does not create a right to a refund.
Changes to the Website and Terms
The Estate Management Network may modify its website, programs, products, content, services, and these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The current version of these terms will be posted on the website with its effective date. Material changes affecting recurring purchases will be communicated where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding arising from these terms or use of the Estate Management Network website or services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas county, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
General Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
