We’re excited to announce that Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing has become the Estate Management Network’s first Benefactor Member! By joining at this level, Aunt Ann’s will be supporting our content development and programming and providing Pro-level scholarship to 4 additional Members. We’re grateful that Aunt Ann’s has supported our vision of a professional network dedicated to estate management.

Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing is a domestic referral agency which specializes in matching professional childcare, household, and estate staff with the employers who want the best employees and recognize these employees as professionals.

We specialize in the placement of domestic staff in the San Francisco Bay Area. We present only the most qualified candidates to our clientele and our candidates have introductions to professional domestic employment offered by the finest employers in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are not a job listing service. We meet our candidates and our clients. Our services include an extensive application, personal interview, employment eligibility verification, references confirmed and checked, and independent background checks are performed on our candidates. We take the time to match the employer’s needs to the candidate’s needs, thus assuring successful satisfactory employment for both parties.

Our Staffing Services are Direct Hire and include:

Long Term: Our focus is and has been long-term placements. If you’re looking to fill a household staffing role for a year or more, our office specializes in matching employers and employees. Since 1958, we have staffed thousands of homes. Today we find ourselves staffing 4 generations of the same family and some of our matches have lasted 5 to 25 years. Our success rate in long-term placements produces Client/Employer and Candidate/Employee satisfaction rates that are the envy of the industry.

Temporary: Nannies, Housekeepers, Chefs, and Personal Assistants who can step into your household staffs shoes if they have a vacation, emergency or you just need an extra set of hands for a short period of time.

On-Call: Nannies, Chefs, Personal Organizers who are available for that one time need for a babysitter, chef for a dinner party, or office organization project you still don’t have time for.
