We were recently chatting with Members about working with vendors. Respect, communication and relationship-building were a common theme. Here are some of the top tips:

Marc Sorensen Leandro is the Principal of Sorensen Staffing, a recruitment firm specializing in private service placements. With a background that includes roles as a private chef, house manager, and estate manager, he brings firsthand knowledge of the industry to his work. Based in Southern California, Marc works with clients across the country to place candidates in a wide range of estate and household positions.

A private estate requires coordinated leadership to maintain continuity, uphold standards, and manage a diverse set of responsibilities. An internal chain of command is the system that defines who gives direction, who receives it, and how accountability is maintained across the property.
