Announcing the Career Rebuilding Phase of the Private Service Resiliency Initiative

2 min read 397 words 54 views

The Private Service Resiliency Initiative was created to support private service professionals (PSPs) in Los Angeles and Southern California whose livelihoods have been disrupted by the recent fires. These individuals, who have dedicated their careers to supporting households and estates, now face the challenge of finding new employment opportunities. The initiative focuses on facilitating connections and resources to help PSPs rebuild their careers.

We are excited to announce Stage 2 of the initiative: the Career Rebuilding Phase. As the first step, we have established a free job board for Los Angeles-area private service jobs. This platform is designed to connect agencies and employers with experienced PSPs seeking new roles, offering a critical resource for those looking to transition back into the workforce.

A Free PSP Job Board

The Estate Management Network invites agencies and employers offering private service positions in Los Angeles and Southern California to access a six-month free membership to our job board. This membership allows agencies to post job openings at no cost, and all postings will be shared on our social media channels to further increase visibility.

The job board aims to provide displaced PSPs with access to local opportunities while giving agencies and employers a simple and effective way to find highly skilled candidates for their open positions.

The six-month job board membership includes:

  • Unlimited Job Postings: Agencies can post private service job openings in Los Angeles and Southern California at no cost during the membership period.
  • Social Media Promotion: Job postings will be amplified through our social media platforms, ensuring they reach a broad audience of PSPs actively seeking employment.
  • Connection with PSPs: Employers gain access to a pool of professionals eager to return to work and continue their careers.

This effort underscores the initiative’s goal of providing recovery and rebuilding opportunities for PSPs while fostering stronger connections within the private service industry.

Four Key Consistencies

Four Key Consistencies

What’s something hard to find and almost impossible to recover once lost? Your integrity. When we think about integrity, we typically see it as a trait on the same level as honesty or truthfulness. However, we could protect our integrity if we saw it as the sum of our honesty, discretion, and respect, especially in a luxury setting.
