Overview
An ultra-high-net-worth family seeks an experienced, discreet, and highly capable House Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple meticulously maintained private residences in Bridgehampton. This role requires exceptional organization, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staff, vendors, and complex household logistics with precision. The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, and accustomed to operating at the highest level of private service. This is a long-term opportunity within a professional, respectful, and well-structured household environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all household operations
• Oversee day-to-day management of four residences with a hands-on, detail-driven approach
• Supervise and coordinate household staff, including caretakers, housekeepers, chefs, and nannies
• Manage and schedule all vendors, including maintenance, trades, AV, and specialty services
• Maintain and oversee a comprehensive home maintenance calendar
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across the estate
• Oversee household purchasing, deliveries, returns, and installations
• Track household budgets, expenses, and petty cash
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and furnishings
• Support hospitality needs for principals and guests as required, including table settings and service standards
• Assist with preparation and coordination for occasional events in collaboration with the internal events team
• Maintain a digital household manual, systems, and ongoing task lists
• Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for family privacy at all times

Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a fine home or private estate
• Deep understanding of interior and exterior care of high-end residences
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage household staff and vendors
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong service orientation with a clear understanding of UHNW standards
• Technically proficient and comfortable building and documenting household systems
• Willingness to assist hands-on with household tasks when needed
• Experience managing high-end amenities (tennis courts a plus)
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in all interactions
• Excellent, verifiable references
