A loving and dynamic international family is seeking a warm, experienced Russian-speaking ROTA Nanny to care for two toddlers in a fully staffed household. This role requires full-time, live-in care during rotational shifts, with travel flexibility and a proactive, nurturing approach to development and daily care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two young children
- Manage daily routines including meals, naps, play, and structured activities
- Travel with the family and adjust care to various locations and time zones
- Collaborate closely with parents and household staff to maintain consistency
- Create a calm, engaging, and emotionally supportive environment
- Assist with packing, organizing children’s items, and maintaining their spaces
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Russian; English proficiency helpful
- 5+ years of nanny experience in UHNW homes; ROTA experience preferred
- Confident in proxy parenting and independent decision-making
- CPR and First Aid certified; background in early childhood education is a plus
- Warm, intuitive, respectful, and dependable
