How It Works
- Once you have checked out, you’ll receive a brief intake form via email, so we understand what you would like to address, and a link to schedule your call. Sessions are available Tuesday through Thursday between 12:00pm and 4:00pm EST.
- After the session, you’ll receive follow-up notes summarizing the discussion and key takeaways within 48 hours.

With more than three decades of experience managing private estates and complex household operations, Kimberly has built her career working with ultra-high-net-worth families, including high-profile athletes, entertainment figures, executives, and philanthropists. Her background spans hands-on estate management, project leadership, staff development, and consulting, including more than a decade leading her own consulting firm, Celebrity Estate Management, and five years as Founder and Executive Director of the Estate Management Network.
As a private service strategy coach, she brings deep industry knowledge and firsthand experience to help estate professionals think through challenges, strengthen their approach, and make confident decisions in demanding private-service environments.
