We are seeking an experienced International Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee and grow a global property portfolio. The role involves managing current investments, identifying new acquisition opportunities, and ensuring optimal performance of real estate assets across multiple countries.
Current property portfolio includes: Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Cyprus, Dubai, USA, Czech Republic, France, and other international locations.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Forecast profitable investment opportunities and assess market risks
- Evaluate global properties and provide strategic recommendations
Asset Management
- Manage rental properties, including lease agreements, tenant relations, and minor repairs
- Coordinate with property management companies where applicable
- Ensure properties meet operational, financial, and regulatory requirements
Acquisition & Investment
- Identify international commercial real estate opportunities with strong ROI potential
- Lead negotiations and coordinate purchase contracts with internal legal teams
- Maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets and market intelligence
Reporting & Compliance
- Track performance metrics for properties and investments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
- Support periodic reporting to executive management
Collaboration & Travel
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Travel internationally as required for property inspections, negotiations, and closings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in international real estate, including acquisition, management, and disposition
- Strong knowledge of global real estate markets and investment strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing a multi-country real estate portfolio
- Familiarity with commercial and residential investment properties
- Exposure to cross-border legal, tax, or compliance considerations
- Experience working in a fast-growing or international investment environment
