Position Summary:
An ultra-high-net-worth family seeks an experienced, meticulous, and discreet laundress housekeeper to help maintain their private estate in the Hamptons to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, luxury property experience, and the utmost respect for confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all household laundry: ironing, steaming and rolling
Extensive knowledge of fine clothing care.
Take in lead in the organization of the principles wardrobe including seasonal wardrobe rotation
Assist the principles with packing and unpacking of luggage and storing correctly
As requested, assist housekeeping team with cleaning of all living spaces: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, and formal/informal spaces
High-standard care of fine furnishings, artwork, and antiques (experience required)
Restocking laundry supplies and inventory tracking
A self-starter able to organize and prioritize workload
Coordination with other household staff on family movements to provide a seamless unobtrusive service (house manager, chef, groundskeepers, security)
Support for entertaining and events, including setup, service, and post-event breakdown
Detailed seasonal deep cleaning and opening/closing the house for summer or winter as required
Respect and protect the family’s privacy, property, and preferences at all times
Warm, friendly, low-impact, high-efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a UHNW or luxury private household
Strong knowledge of high-end eco-friendly cleaning practices, luxury home maintenance, and fine item care
Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a domestic team
Comfortable working with pets and children.
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed during peak season
