Full Time Nanny

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced nanny to join an amazing, young family as they begin their parenting journey with their first baby. This full-time position offers a chance to work alongside warm, down-to-earth parents who maintain a home-based work schedule in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of this loving household, sharing in the joy and responsibility of nurturing their precious little one while working alongside a sweet, friendly family dog.

Required Skills:
The right candidate will bring at the very least 5 years of dedicated experience with newborns through age five, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of child development stages and positive parenting techniques including redirection and positive reinforcement strategies. Key responsibilities include managing all baby-related tasks such as laundry, bottle preparation, and maintaining the nursery, while possessing the emotional intelligence to navigate working with work-from-home parents. Essential qualities include being energetic, creative, and self-aware, with the ability to exercise full autonomy while understanding when to take initiative or defer to mom’s leadership. The successful candidate must demonstrate genuine passion for childcare, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the desire to form a long-term connection with this family. Professional qualifications should include current CPR/First Aid certification, excellent references, and a proven track record of creating enriching, age-appropriate activities for young children.

40 hours guaranteed with flexibility
