Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Housekeeper for a luxury residence in Bel Air, comprising a main six-bedroom home and guest house. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary domestic caretaker of the property, overseeing daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership abilities, and professional discretion. Working closely with the family and their staff, you will ensure the seamless operation of the household while maintaining complete confidentiality. NDA will be required
Required Skills:
The successful candidate must possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility required for weekends and holidays when the family is in residence. Core responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of both properties, managing deep cleaning and laundry services, inventory management of household supplies, coordinating with contractors and service providers, and supervising maintenance staff. The position requires strong communication skills for regular updates to homeowners, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the utmost discretion regarding family privacy. Schedule flexibility may be available when the family is not in residence, subject to approval.
